The youngest of three and part of the fourth generation to be born in Placerville. Food was his passion and exploration (and chasing cats) was his motivation.
His life was short but he touched many hearts.

This fund has been setup by his maternal grandparents, Toni and Sean. All funds will be used for the memorial expenses for Rowan. Any left over will be kept in trust for his two surviving siblings.
